Hi guys! So, I wanted to take the opportunity to explain who I am and why I started ND warriors, although I'll never be a social media pro!

90% of autistic girls. 67% of girls with ADHD.
That’s how many will experience abuse.

I was one of them.

Not because I was weak — but because I was misunderstood, undiagnosed, and unsupported.

Late-diagnosed and neurodivergent, I didn’t see the red flags. I didn’t know how to say no. I masked my discomfort just to fit in — and it cost me deeply.

I’m sharing this now because maybe…
✨ One parent will recognise the signs.
✨ One teacher will ask a better question.
✨ One young girl will feel seen, heard, and safe.

This isn’t just my story. It’s the story of thousands.
It’s time we listened.

I'd like to take a moment to take stock at just how far I have come in 2025. It is proving to be a very, very long process, but this is something I think I can be genuinely proud of.

As many of you may know, I have been doing my utmost to start sharing my experience of learning about, living with, and convincing myself to start thriving with ADHD. So now it is time for me to take the next step, and use my lived experience to help protect others from the harms and trauma that I sincerely hope nobody else ever has to live through.

So I am extremely proud to say that I have accepted a role as Ambassador for ADHD UK, and will be focusing my mandate on sharing awareness of the risks associated with being an ADHD individual who is more vulnerable to abuse.

Yesterday I gave a talk to leaders about neurodiversity and the vulnerabilities that make us more susceptible to abuse. There were plenty of laughs, shock, sadness, but above all else, lots of learning!
Looking forward to delivering again over the coming months.
